Aqualea Report is a condominium hotel development. As required by the City of Clearwater, the condominium units will be licensed as a "public lodging establishment" and have a zoning classification of "hotel" or "condominium hotel". Due to zoning classifications, unit owners may have restrictions on use, including (i) an annual use restriction of 60 days per year (ii) each period of occupancy can be no longer than thirty (30) consecutive days, and (iii) unit owners may not use their units as a primary or permanent residence.
