A Hyatt Signature Restaurant
Located on the 2nd floor with expansive views of the Gulf and the beach, the Hyatt Signature Restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in a soothing, spacious indoor area as well as in an outdoor patio area.
The restaurant’s open “display” kitchen lets diners observe while the kitchen staff prepares the daily fair, which will consist of upscale American cuisine along with regional seafood dishes.

- The 8th Level Bar and Grill menu will include sandwiches, burgers and resort style appetizers.
- The Aqualea Resort’s coffee bar & cafe serves specialty coffee drinks, muffins, and other baked breakfast treats.
